Join us for a free public sound healing session in the park. Lie back, relax, and let the deep tones of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you. This is a community event open to all ages: just bring yourself and find a comfortable spot. There is nothing you need to do or prepare. Simply arrive, settle in, and let the sound do the work.
